Compressed air treatment

Compressed air contains impurities such as water, oil and fine particles that are naturally present in the air around us or that are introduced into the air stream during the compression process, such as rust and pipe scale. The products shown below remove these impurities – air dryers use different technologies to dry the air and remove water vapor.

Air filters remove solid particles, while condensate drains and oil/water separators remove and separate oil and water from the compressed air so that they can be disposed of properly. Only then is the compressed air ready for use in the production process.

CompAir's compressed air system, which uses the latest technology, provides an energy-efficient solution with the lowest life cycle costs. Air purity is defined by the international standard **ISO 8573-1 (2010)** and can only be achieved by filtration, water separation and drying. Using clean and dry compressed air provides high reliability, guarantees compliance with quality standards and can reduce production costs.
